Refund Policy for Digital Products

 

Due to the instant, digital nature of our self-massage video protocols and downloadable materials, all sales for digital products and bundles (including the Ultimate Reset Protocol) are final. Once you receive instant access to these proprietary clinical techniques, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

 

Subscription Cancellations

For our monthly membership, The Face Your Fascia Collective ($25/mo), you may cancel your subscription at any time.

 

To cancel, simply log into your Member Account on our website and update your billing settings. You will retain full access to the live Zoom clinics and video library until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your subscription will not renew. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
